Job Description/Duties:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys and investigators by utilizing current litigation support techniques, software, and equipment to provide complex legal support and technical assistance on such electronic systems as Relativity, Concordance, and CaseMap. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consulting and advising case teams on best practices for the preparation of documents and how to best use litigation support technologies to support projects.
  • Coordinating the conversion, processing, loading and exporting of data and images to and from litigation systems.
  • Conducting complex database searches, facilitating document review sessions with attorneys, and coordinating productions to external parties.
  • Training attorneys, paralegals, and other personnel on litigation support applications

Special Note:

This is not a back-end processing position.  This position is focused on providing attorney support such as receiving incoming production data for loading, performing quality control of database, managing document review efforts, and troubleshooting application issues from an end-user perspective.  Creating databases and actually processing electronic data is not part of this job.



Required Skills/Education/Experience:
•Experience with Relativity and Concordance.
•Experience with performing complex searches, managing document reviews, and producing data to outside parties.
•Experience analyzing incoming electronic data to determine appropriate processing requirements.
•Ability to coordinate ESI processing activities by other departments or vendors and perform subsequent quality control of completed databases.
•Experience working directly with a variety of technical and non-technical end users.
•5 + years of experience in a legal or litigation support environment.
•Bachelor’s Degree.
•Experience with additional litigation support applications, in addition to Relativity and Concordance, is a plus.
